KEYNOTE #1

SET UP FOR FAILURE, DESTINED FOR SUCCESS

Growing up neurodiverse (ADHD, Autism, Dyslexia, etc.) typically means exposure to receiving an influx of negative messages on a daily basis that frequently leads to struggles with mental health, self-worth, and truly knowing who you are.

Neurodivergent individuals are more at risk of being impacted by a mental health disorder, often as a result of diminished support and the impact of 'masking' — acting neurotypically in an attempt to avoid unwanted attention.

As a female that went 30 years before I received my ADHD diagnosis, I know the impact the world can have on your psyche and well-being when you weren't designed to operate in a one size fits all box.
